I ended up at Firestone when I got a flat tire at the beginning of my road trip vacation. When I called, Rose, the customer service rep, was very calm and professional and let me know that there were several other people ahead of me but that I would definitely be taken care of that day. She did advise to "have some patience." I called a couple of other places, but the people I spoke to weren't as informative and gave me no idea of what to expect in terms of timing. So I went to Firestone. They have a waiting area, restaurants nearby, wifi, etc. They kept me informed about timing, when my car would be next, and estimates of how long the repair would take and the cost. I received emails with updates and Rose came and found me in the waiting area. They were very professional and everything went exactly as they told me. They also did a complimentary check of my other tires, oil, water and other items. I definitely recommend them.

Firestone takes a lot of money and every time I go it’s some other suggestion of what I need to do to my car. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I never go there again. I believe that I have found a trustworthy and less expensive mechanic. I have always taken care of my car and last year it was $8000 and this year they wanted $5000 and I said no more. I am retired and live on social security. I’ve heard from many people that Firestone likes to take your money. I’m done, thank you

Yesterday I went to this location on Georgia Ave for a routine oil change, tire rotation, a complete inspection of my vehicle and some other small things. But the reason I'm writing is because they told me I needed a new air filter for my engine because they said it's dirty and not doing it's job. They gave me the paper with the quote and everything. So this morning I popped my hood to have a look at the air filter and it wasn't even connected to my vehicle. I will attach a picture here for proof. Yesterday after I was done and paid for the services Firestone sent me a picture of the air filter to show me how dirty it was but they purposely left out the part of the filter where they decided to leave it unconnected. I also noticed driving back home that my wheels felt kind of wobbly so today while looking over my car I grabbed my lug wrench and wanted to make sure lug nuts were tight. To no avail there were about 7 lugs in which I had to tighten because Firestone didn't make sure they were tight causing my car to feel wobbly when doing more than 70 miles per hour. Unfortunately I've had problems with this Firestone before and I will not be going back.

Thanks to Ms. ROSE. I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly before doing any work on my car. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. My car is running great now, and I felt like they genuinely cared about providing good service rather than just making a sale.
